What we offer

We connect KLM’s young employees through social and content related events.

• Social
  We provide plenty of opportunities to meet each other and network through our social events. We host these in different places and across divisions. Think of drinks, parties, dinners, sports and cultural events and other fun activities.

• Content
  We organise content related activities within a variety of business areas, so you can learn more about our company and various topics. We also invite external speakers to bring you outside-in inspiration. Think of masterclasses, workshops, working lunches, round tables, YKLM Talks, etc.

If you want to participate in YoungKLM activities, we invite you to become a YoungKLM member!

You can become a YoungKLM member here if you…
– have a KLM contract or KLM email address, and;
– are not older than 35 years.

If you want to come by before you become a YoungKLM member, the door is of course also open to you. In that case, send an email to young.klm@klm.com.
